What information is collected?

When you submit a contact form or notify-me form, your name and email address are collected. Purchase information is handled entirely by Gumroad — Groundwork Labs does not store payment data.

How is it used?

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry only. Notify-me submissions are used to contact you when a concept you expressed interest in becomes available. Your information is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Analytics

This site uses Netlify Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. Data is used to improve the site experience.

Third-party services

Purchases are processed through Gumroad, which has its own privacy policy. This site is hosted on Netlify. No other third-party data processors are used.

What you're purchasing

Groundwork Labs sells digital concept packages — research documentation, specifications, UI prototypes, and in some cases domain transfers. These are not live products. You are purchasing the research and design work, not a functioning application.

Permitted use

Concept packages are licensed for personal and commercial development use. You may build on, modify, and commercialize any concept you purchase. You may not resell the concept package itself or represent it as your own original research.

No warranties

Concept packages are provided as-is. Groundwork Labs makes no guarantees about market viability, technical feasibility for your specific stack, or commercial outcomes. All listings clearly describe what is and is not included.

Limitation of liability

Groundwork Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a purchased concept package. Your purchase is your decision — review the listing carefully before buying.

All sales are final

Because Groundwork Labs sells digital concept packages — documentation, code, and research that can be immediately accessed, copied, or referenced — all sales are final. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
